This is a 2001 first edition hardback. Bee Beamont flew in The Battle of France  and Battle of Britain, going on to command 609 Sqn flying Typhoons & Tempests. After the war he continued test flying on the Canberra, Lightning, TSR2 and Tornado. The book has been Remarqued with an original pencil drawing by Steve Teasdale and features the genuine signature of Roland Beamont. The book is in excellent condition with some slight fading to the dustjacket spine.
