This 2008 first edition hardback by pen & sword is in new, unread condition. It describes the story of the heroic air defence of Malta from 1940-42. The book features an original pencil drawing of a Malta defence hurricane by Steve Teasdale on the title page. The book also includes a specially produced and very limited bookplate from 2008 which was signed by 4 Battle of Britain/ Battle of Malta fighter pilot veterans- Billy Drake, Tom Neil, Geoffrey Wellum and Harry Moon.
