This is a nice early (5th) edition printing of the classic 2002 story of Geoffrey ‘Boy’ Wellum of 92 Squadron during the Battle of Britain. This copy has been flat signed by the following five Battle of Britain veterans ( all now deceased ) : Bob Hughes, Archie McInnes, Paul Farnes, Tom Neil and Tom Elkington. It has been further enhanced with an original pencil drawing portrait remarque of Geoff Wellum by Steve Teasdale. Geoff’s genuine signature has been professionally mounted underneath the portrait to make a highly collectable copy. The book is in very good condition with some browning to the page edges  which is highly common with this book .
