This is a beautiful set which would look stunning mounted and framed together. The genuine hand signed letter from Dwight ‘Ike’ Eisenhower isdated 1948. He talks about the brotherhood of men in the defence of freedom during war. It has been typed on his five star general headed paper and signed in blue ink. There are two folds in the letter and a couple of rust marks from a paper clip. To mount with the letter is an original charcoal and pastel portrait of Ike by Steve Teasdale. The portrait is roughly A4 in size, created on textured grey Ingres Charcoal paper. A rare piece of history.
